Meet Our leader

Pastor Ricardo Manuel

Ricardo Manuel answered his call to ministry and was licensed on December 6, 1998, by Pastor Thomas E Williams. On April 9, 2000 he was ordained by Pastor Thomas E Williams and shortly afterward was called to be the Assistant Pastor of Second Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Harold H Baker. In October 2003 he was called as the Pastor of Second Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church. Ministries such as the Brotherhood, Sisterhood, Youth After-School Feeding/Tutoring, Feeding of the Homeless, The Christian Coalition Against Crime,  Matthew 25 housing, and Liturgical Dance, have been started since he became Pastor. In 2010 the Ebenezer Youth Choir competed in the Disney Gospel Fest Competition, in Orlando Florida. In 2016, he started the Annual Hitch Village/Fred Wessels Revival which brings former members of the former low-income neighborhoods back to preach. The theme is can any good thing come from there. 2018 marked the 3^rd Annual Revival and the hope is to continue yearly.
